1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbaja ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at hbaja.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and the payment cashier.
By accessing the hbaja platform, completing the hbaja Login process, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 3. Account Responsibilities

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

8. Account Closure & Suspension
hbaja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player is determined to be under 18 years of age.
- The player is found to have registered using false or misleading personal information.
- The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account belonging to the same individual.
- Suspicious activity is detected that suggests fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- The player has requested self-exclusion through hbaja's responsible gaming tools.
- hbaja is required to take such action to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from a competent authority.
In circumstances where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where a closure is not related to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
