1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbaja ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at hbaja.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and the payment cashier.

By accessing the hbaja platform, completing the hbaja Login process, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Your registered Bangladeshi mobile number is a critical piece of account security infrastructure and must remain accurate and current at all times. 3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbaja Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. hbaja cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact [email protected] immediately. hbaja will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses that occurred before the notification was received.

• Notify hbaja support immediately if you believe your account details have been compromised.

hbaja accounts are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform — including placing bets, navigating games, or exploiting promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hbaja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. Accepted payment methods for Bangladeshi players currently include bKash, Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket, UCB Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit Rules

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hbaja platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, whether with or without their knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, macros, or any other non-human tools to interact with the platform in any capacity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks on deposits that have been used for gaming, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or providing false identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or any game with a social or competitive element.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately. Players who exploit a bug rather than reporting it will have any gains voided and their account permanently closed.
• Placing bets or accessing games from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to mask your true location.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. hbaja is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward hbaja staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

hbaja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is determined to be under 18 years of age.
• The player is found to have registered using false or misleading personal information.
• The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account belonging to the same individual.
• Suspicious activity is detected that suggests fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through hbaja's responsible gaming tools.
• hbaja is required to take such action to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from a competent authority.

In circumstances where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where a closure is not related to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the hbaja platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
